Helen Ludwig practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and family law. She has served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Eastern District of Wisconsin since 1995. In that position, she is appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice to administer Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases. Ms. Ludwig also represents debtors and creditors in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. In addition, she represents clients in family law areas such as divorce, child support and child placement. Because of her unique practice areas, she has had the opportunity to lecture on the interplay between divorce and bankruptcy as well as serve as a Bankruptcy Specialist in several Collaborative Divorce cases. In the community, Ms. Ludwig is an active member of the Zonta Club of Milwaukee, an international service organization dedicated to improving the status of women worldwide.
